MOTIOON is a small business based in Vancouver, BC, operating as an authorized retailer of KOM products in Canada. We are committed to providing quality products and honest service to our customers.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes at checkout. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

4. Orders & Delivery

We do our best to process and ship orders in a timely manner, subject to product availability. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the shipping method selected. MOTIOON is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Payments & Invoicing

We accept payment through the methods listed at checkout. An electronic invoice will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase. All applicable taxes will be included in your invoice.

6. Intellectual Property

All KOM branding, logos, product designs, and related content are the exclusive property of KOM Colombia. Customers and third parties may not reproduce, alter, or use any KOM or MOTIOON trademarks or materials without prior written authorization.

8. Force Majeure

MOTIOON will not be held responsible for delays or failure to fulfill orders due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or carrier disruptions.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with BC consumer protection legislation.
