1. WARRANTY - MANUFACTURING DEFECTS

At MOTIOON, customer satisfaction is our top priority. As authorized distributors of KOM Colombia, we stand behind the quality of every product we carry. We understand that even though KOM products go through multiple processes — cutting, tailoring, and printing — human error can occasionally occur. That's why we offer a quality warranty covering stitching and manufacturing defects.

Warranty periods vary by product — please refer to each product's specifications for the applicable coverage period (typically 2 months).

To submit a warranty claim, please reach out to us first so we can verify whether the issue is covered before any shipping takes place. Send us the following:

Clear photos of the defect or issue with the garment.
Purchase details: invoice and date.

We'll get back to you promptly with confirmation of whether the warranty applies and guide you through the next steps.

You may bring the product directly to our Vancouver location or ship it to us by courier. Once resolved, you can pick it up in store or request home delivery.

2. SIZE EXCHANGE OR ITEM EXCHANGE

NOTIFY US

SEND US PHOTOS SHOWING THE DEFECT, for example:

Non-functional zipper.
Stitching coming undone due to manufacturing (does not apply to seam damage from excessive force).
Color fading on the garment (does not apply to fading caused by excessive soaking, especially on white garments).

PLEASE NOTE

Return shipping and redelivery costs are the buyer's responsibility — this is why it's very important to check the size chart before purchasing.
The garment must be in perfect condition: with tags, clean, and unworn.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Promotional items are NOT eligible for exchange.
