EXCHANGE POLICY

At MOTIOON, we want you to have the best online shopping experience possible. As authorized distributors of KOM Colombia, if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we've made the exchange process simple and straightforward.

Size exchanges are only accepted on unworn, unused items.

To request an exchange, just follow these steps:

2. Send the item to our Vancouver location Once we confirm your exchange request, ship the garment or drop it off at:

Please keep in mind:

  • The item must be in perfect condition — unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached.
  • Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • Sale and outlet items are NOT eligible for exchange.
